GranitCorp

Secure AI and automation, built and operated by one accountable business

GranitCorp designs and delivers secure AI and automation, private and local AI, and practical Windows Server hardening and backup, for organizations that need a working production result, not an experiment. Every deliverable has a written scope, an independent review and a staging proof before anything goes live.

What GranitCorp does

Secure AI and automation

We map a manual workflow and build one measurable automation with authentication, human approvals, logging and monitoring, not an open-ended experiment.

Private and local AI

Assistants and automations that run on your own computer or server, answering from your own documents, with a controlled data path instead of a public AI service.

CIS-aligned Windows Server hardening

Assessment, staged remediation, validation, exceptions and an evidence package, mapped to applicable CIS Level 1/2 recommendations.

Managed backup

Scheduled, verified backups with tested restores for the servers and AI systems we operate, so a failure is a recovery, not a loss.

Two brands, one business

GranitCorp operates two brands for specific audiences. SparkAudit is a five-day, fixed-price readiness audit that names which automation to build first. AgenticAiNation is GranitCorp's AI services brand: booking and CRM platforms, workflow automation and private AI assistants for small businesses.

How delivery works

GranitCorp runs its own production system, AI1, and the agent that operates it, O, to plan, build, review and test every deliverable before it reaches you. See the Approach page for how that works in business terms, or the Work page for live systems you can open yourself.

How we work

Written scope

A written scope with numbered acceptance criteria, agreed before work starts. You can read every criterion your deliverable will be checked against.

Built and independently reviewed

The work is built, then reviewed by a second, independent reviewer separate from whoever wrote the change, before it is considered done.

Proven on staging

The change runs on a staging address first, so you see it working against the written acceptance criteria before it touches anything live.

Live with rollback

Once approved, the change goes live with an automatic check afterward; if that check fails, the change rolls back by itself.

You hold the keys

Hosting access, the code and the documentation are handed over, so you are never locked in to GranitCorp.
